Church of Nazarene for its innovative, educational television series, “
Today’s Family.” This institution will be featured in a segment on “Touching Hearts & Impacting Lives.”
The Church of Nazarene concentrates on Methodist teachings. Some of the church’s values and beliefs include, peace, joy, love and living purposefully. The Church of Nazarene tries to help its members establish a meaningful relationship with God.
There are over 12,000 congregations worldwide, all of which engage in fellowship, worship, training and education. The institution’s big focus of interest is to utilize missionary groups to inform and enlighten others around the world about the Church of Nazarene.
Nazarene Missions International (NMI) represents the church on the regional, district and local levels. The duty of the missions is to mobilize the church through education - encouraging people to pray for all efforts of world evangelism. The world’s youth and adults are informed of the needs our world has and how the Church of Nazarene is helping to meet those needs. There are currently over 600 missionaries working for the church.
Nazarene Compassionate Ministries (NCM) works hard to meet the physical and social needs of the global community. The Church of Nazarene sees NCM as the most important focus of the church. Almost everything that comes from the church stems from the Compassionate Ministries Division. The church intends to help the world through managing resources, empowering people, and enabling compassion, through the teachings of Jesus Christ.
